Both Kirk and Deborah were long-time customers of separate Kwik Kar stores before we relocated from North Texas to the Dripping Springs area. Deborah visited the shop near our home in Flower Mound for 15 years. Kirk preferred getting his vehicle’s oil changes and quick service work done during lunch so he went to the Kwik Kar on Inwood in Dallas for 13 years near his work. We appreciate the owners and employees from those locations giving us such great service over the years. As we now open our own store, we look to mimic those experiences for our neighbors here in Dripping Springs.
Kirk and Deborah met in physics lab our first year in college. After graduating with engineering degrees from UT, work took us to the Dallas area where we married in 1997. It’s also where our two children were born. While our children are not driving age yet, we know that day will come sooner than we expect. As parents, we certainly want to feel confident that our kids drive safely in well-maintained vehicles. After all, we are parents too.
As parents, we’re busy, like you. With kids’ schedules, homework, sporting activities, aging parents and other activities, we understand you have similar demands on your time. Therefore, we want to provide you the best service possible at a time that’s convenient for you. For that reason, not only are we open later during the week, but we’re also open on Saturday.
In case you’re curious, Kwik Kar is not a franchise. Each store is independently owned and operated. We live locally, we buy local whenever possible, and we donate locally.
